At Ogilvy, I launched the agency’s first in-house programmatic and paid social capability, managing over $60M in annual spend and delivering 12–25% media performance gains across brands like IBM, TD Ameritrade, UFC, and Synchrony. The model became a blueprint for scaled execution.
