How I launched advisory services at Matterkind and helped brands like Epic Games, CVS, and Hulu scale smarter through custom training, infrastructure, and hands-on strategy.


At Matterkind (IPG), I led the creation of a new advisory practice focused on helping brands operationalize their data, media, and audience strategies — not just through consulting, but through execution, enablement, and long-term integration.

In our first year, I pitched and won over $1.2M in incremental business, helping Fortune 500 clients and modern digital brands build in-house capabilities that worked.

Epic Games: Future-Proofing Audience Strategy

Epic needed a new approach to audience targeting and retargeting — one that respected privacy shifts and worked across modern media environments.

I worked directly with their marketing and engineering teams to:

  • Design a non-PII-based targeting framework

  • Integrate with SSPs, DSPs, and martech tools across the stack

  • Ensure full alignment with internal measurement protocols and privacy standards

This wasn’t a one-off recommendation — it became part of Epic’s internal targeting playbook.

CVS: Building the Foundation of a Retail Media Network

CVS was launching its media network — and needed the back-end to support it. I helped set up the core targeting, reporting, and measurement systems that powered their offering.

My work included:

  • Designing the technical architecture and operational workflows

  • Building the measurement strategy and custom KPIs aligned to retail goals

  • Supporting onboarding across internal and external partners

  • Ensuring the media product was ready to scale across advertisers and categories

This work helped position CVS Media Exchange as a credible, measurable media channel — grounded in real operational clarity.

Hulu: Bringing Programmatic In-House

As Hulu began transitioning programmatic buying in-house, they needed more than tech — they needed training, process, and people alignment.

I led a custom enablement track that:

  • Brought IPG best practices into Hulu’s internal buying workflows

  • Designed a full training program from scratch for Hulu’s internal teams

  • Created bridges between Hulu and IPG teams to ensure knowledge transfer

  • Embedded IPG tools and capabilities to maintain partnership value over time

The result was a successful in-house transition with continued IPG collaboration baked in.
